Senior Planner / Associate Planner

We’re working with a well-established and growing planning consultancy in London that is looking to appoint a Senior Planner or Associate Planner to strengthen its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded planner who wants exposure to high-quality work, genuine career progression, and the chance to play a key role in client relationships and project delivery.
The Opportunity
You’ll be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects across London and the South East, ranging from residential and mixed-use schemes to commercial and regeneration developments. Depending on level, you’ll either be leading projects or acting as a key support to senior leadership, with clear scope to progress.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and contributing to planning applications, appeals, and pre-application submissions
Providing sound planning advice to clients, landowners, and developers
Leading or supporting project teams and coordinating with consultants
Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
Assisting with business development and client relationship management (Associate level)
About You
MRTPI qualified (or close to completion for Senior Planner level)
Solid experience within the UK planning system, ideally in consultancy or a commercial local authority role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress your career in London
