Our client is delivering a portfolio of major commercial and high-end residential schemes across Central London, and we are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
This role suits a commercially aware Project Manager who understands how to control programme, cost, quality and client expectations on complex mechanical packages.
The Role
Full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages on projects up to £20m
Act as the primary client-facing lead for the mechanical scope
Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
Drive programme, sequencing and resource planning
Work closely with commercial teams on cost control, variations and reporting
Ensure technical excellence, resolving site issues efficiently and decisively
Chair progress meetings and produce accurate weekly and monthly reports
Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards
About You
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services
Track record delivering commercial or high-end residential projects
Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and installation methodology
Background as a Mechanical Engineer or Pipefitter is highly advantageous
Confident, professional and comfortable representing the business to clients
