Description
Telecoms Infrastructure Inspection Project Manager - Permanent
Up to 60,000 + standard company benefits - West Midlands (Full-time on site)
Key Skills / Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Task Management:
Plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance projects on telecom towers and associated infrastructure.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Supplier Management:
Liaise with and manage a network of suppliers for inspections and maintenance works.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
PMO & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in line with PMO standards.
Track budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
Inspection & Maintenance Oversight:
Oversee inspection programs for tower integrity, corrosion, and safety compliance.
Examples include:
Concrete footing inspections
Aircraft warning light inspections
Tower corrosion assessments
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure all works adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Essential Skills & Experience
Knowledge of corrosion prevention, structural integrity, and aviation safety requirements.
Experience with PMO frameworks and reporting tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
Proven Project Management experience in telecoms or related infrastructure.
Strong understanding of capital projects and maintenance programs.
Familiarity with inspection processes for telecom towers and associated assets.
Excellent task management, organizational, and delivery-focused mindset.
Budget management and cost control experience.
Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
