Our client is seeking an experienced CRM Consultant to support both new business acquisition and successful client delivery. This role combines pre-sales consulting with hands-on CRM implementation, business process optimisation, and the application of AI-enabled capabilities. The position works at the intersection of business strategy and technology, supporting organisations in improving customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to understand prospect requirements and design effective CRM solutions
Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify business needs and digital transformation opportunities to be relayed to the programming team
Deliver CRM demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts during the sales cycle
Contribute to proposals, solution designs, statements of work, and effort estimates
Lead end-to-end CRM implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-launch support
Configure and customise CRM platforms to align with business processes and workflows
Design and implement business process improvements to drive efficiency and user adoption
Integrate CRM systems with enterprise applications, data sources, and third-party tools
Plan and execute testing, data migration, and change management activities
Identify and implement AI-enabled CRM capabilities to deliver actionable insights and automation
Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 18 months’ experience in a consulting and implementation role involving business management software / SaaS
Experience delivering CRM or similar enterprise system implementations
Demonstrated involvement in pre-sales activities, solution design, or client-facing consulting engagements
Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes
Experience with business process modelling, analysis, and optimisation methodologies
Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their application within CRM platforms
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle.
