Role Overview
We are seeking a purely functional Salesforce Business Analyst to support a large programme of work. The role focuses on process-led analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of clear business-facing artefacts rather than hands-on configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Salesforce Business Analyst, working closely with business and technical stakeholders
Perform process-based analysis and develop business process maps
Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes
Define and document business requirements and deliverables
Support Salesforce solution design from a functional perspective
Drive change management activities and stakeholder alignment
