Role Description

1. TCS is looking for an experienced One Trust Developer to support the Consent Management Platform. The ideal candidate should have:
2. Hands-on experience working with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) for building dynamic consent workflows and notifications (email templates, preference updates, legal notices, system-triggered actions).
3. Basic knowledge of JavaScript for CMP front-end deployment (cookie banners, scripts).
4. Strong understanding of API integrations, RESTful services, and event streaming.
5. Knowledge with customer data platforms (event routing, identity resolution, integration setup).
6. Good understanding and knowledge of identity systems such as ForgeRock (preferred), OAuth2, SSO, and token-based access.
7. Understanding of data flows across applications, backend systems, and CDPs.
8. Ability to interpret and implement privacy regulations into technical workflows.
9. SQL knowledge for data audits and migration validation.
10. Previous work in data privacy, security, customer identity, or marketing technologies.
11. Good understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA.
12. Strong knowledge of the consent lifecycle, preference management, and user data subject rights.
13. Knowledge of audit trails, policy versioning, and data minimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strong hands-on experience with OneTrust Consent Management Platform (CMP).
2. Ability to configure CMP workflows using FTL code and sync with downstream systems.
3. Good knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, privacy principles, and web consent requirements.
4. Experience customizing CMP using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
5. Understanding of consent events and syncing with downstream systems (e.g., mParticle, Braze, Adobe).
6. Ability to analyze and optimize consent workflows and user experience.

Key Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceRequirement: 6 8 years of experience

1. Practical experience working with OneTrust CMP or other consent management platforms.
2. Strong understanding of consent management, data subject rights, and relevant privacy regulations.
3. Hands-on experience integrating CMP workflows with platforms such as ForgeRock, mParticle, and Braze, along with scripting skills (e.g., JSON, Java, FTL) to support workflow customization and automation.
4. Skilled in generating reports and performing analytics to support data privacy compliance. Capable of analyzing and optimizing workflows related to consent management. Understanding of FIPS-compliant cryptographic standards and certificate lifecycle management.
