What youll actually be doing
- Craft experiences people love Work across iOS, Android, and web, building polished, high-quality apps in React Native and Next.js.
- Take full ownership From planning stories to deploying features, youll see your work through every step.
- Collaborate with design & product Turn ideas into intuitive, delightful experiences across platforms.
- Lead technical conversations Influence architecture, tools, and workflows that shape the future of the product.
- Mentor and grow the team Help other engineers level up while shaping best practices.
- Spot opportunities for improvement Identify pain points in processes or tooling and make them better.
What will make you successful
- Proven experience withReact Native: youve shipped apps that people use and know how to squeeze every drop of magic out of the platform.
- Strong grasp ofNext.jsand server-side rendering for web apps.
- Younotice the little things: pixel-perfect design, smooth animations, intuitive flows.
- Comfortable buildingcross-platform experiences: iOS and Android should feel equally delightful.
- Experience withdesign systems: you know when to follow them and when to break the rules.
- You think like aproduct engineer: coding is solving problems, not just writing lines.
- Thrive in afast-moving, ambiguous environment, taking ownership and navigating uncertainty.
