The Role: Technical Delivery Lead
This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for the successful, end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology solutions across our entire landscapespanning cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
You will be the central coordination point, driving the technical execution, quality, and governance for initiatives involving Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM), integrations (OIC/APIs), data platforms, and other business-critical systems. Your primary focus will be ensuring that technical designs are robust, scalable, and delivered efficiently across multiple internal and vendor teams, meeting strict performance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
Enterprise Technical Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and timeline management for concurrent, complex technology projects, ensuring seamless delivery across platforms like Oracle Fusion, CRM, and data analytics systems.
Architecture & Integration Oversight: Collaborate with solution architects to validate designs across diverse technology stacks (Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, etc.). Oversee integration design and implementation, enforcing best practices across platforms like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API Gateways.
Governance & Quality Assurance: Define and enforce technical delivery frameworks, code quality standards, and documentation requirements. Partner with Test & Release teams to manage build validation, UAT readiness, and technical go-live execution.
Cloud & Infrastructure Enablement: Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal configuration and performance of environments (OCI, Azure, AWS). Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices to streamline deployments.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, leading and mentoring cross-functional delivery teams (internal, vendor, offshore). Provide clear, proactive communication of progress, technical risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, with at least 5 years in a dedicated technical delivery or leadership role.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-system landscapes, specifically including Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) and other major enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP).
Expertise in integration technologies such as OIC, API Gateway, MuleSoft, or comparable integration services.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies (OCI, Azure, AWS) and their integration points with core enterprise systems.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
Solid grasp of security, compliance (e.g., SOX/ITIL), and data governance principles.
Exceptional leadership, technical management, and communication skills used to handling complex stakeholder relationships.
Desirable Skills
Certifications in Oracle Cloud, Azure, or AWS architecture.
Experience with modern data analytics platforms (Snowflake, Oracle Analytics Cloud).
Experience in Agile / Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
