Senior Python Developer Team Lead
Location:Remote (UK-based)
Salary:£55,000 £62,000 per annum
Were recruiting on behalf of our client who are in EdTech supporting schools across the UK. The business develops cloud-based solutions that help schools use technology and data to improve outcomes.
They are looking for aSenior Python Developerwith Team Lead experience to join their engineering team. Youll lead development, set technical standards and support the delivery of scalable, cloud-native products.
Main Duties of the Role
Lead the design and development of scalable Python applications
Provide technical leadership within an Agile environment
Design and maintain AWS-based systems using Infrastructure-as-Code
Set best practices across development, testing and deployment
Mentor developers and contribute to technical innovation
Your Skills and Experience
6+ years Python development experience, including leadership at senior level
Strong AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code experience
Experience with APIs, microservices, CI/CD and containerisation
Agile delivery and team leadership experience
EdTech or eLearning exposure desirable
