Position: Project ManagerSalary: £65,000–£75,000 + Benefits
Location: Reading
I’m partnering with a well-established regional contractor on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team and lead a newly secured scheme. The contractor is set to begin a £4 million project in February and is keen to bring someone on board this year to support pre-construction and procurement activities. This client has a long-standing reputation across multiple sectors and operates in areas including:EducationCommercialHealth careSocial housingIndustrialAbout the RoleThis is a key role within a growing team, offering the chance to take ownership of a technically complex project and play a major part in delivering a flagship educational facility. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
