About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major new-build project in Northamptonshire. This role involves overseeing all aspects of delivery, ensuring programme compliance, managing subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
The project is a secure facility, so vetting and security clearance will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Full project management from start to completion
Programme planning and progress monitoring
Managing subcontractors and site teams
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
Client liaison and reporting
RequirementsCSCS Card (Black or equivalent)
SMSTS certification
First Aid qualification
Proven experience managing new-build projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to pass vetting and security clearance
Own transport

Day rate: £300–£350 per day
