The Role - Software Developer As a Software Developer , you’ll have impact from day one. You’ll work closely with business users and technical colleagues to design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Key requirements include: Proven experience working as a Software Developer or in a similar role Strong programming experience in C#/.NET or other object-oriented languages such as Java or Python Experience with SQL databases Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms A passion for software development and modern engineering practices An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and solve complex problems The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders A minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential Why Join?
