Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location:Leicester / Birmingham and Surrounding Areas
Salary:£38,000 £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Package Includes:Company Van, Overtime, 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We are a well-established, family-run HVAC contractor specialising in the installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we focus on split systems and small VRF/VRV projects, providing a friendly and supportive working environment.
Role Overview:
Were looking for an experienced and motivatedAir Conditioning Engineerto join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working on varied projects and values being part of a close-knit team where your contribution truly matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of split and small VRF air conditioning systems
Servicing, fault finding, and maintenance
Working across domestic and light commercial sites
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, safely and in line with industry regulations
Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
Liaising with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
Proven experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance
F-Gas qualified (essential)
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive work ethic
Good communication and customer service skills
What We Offer:
Competitive salary between £38,000 and £44,000 (DOE)
