A growing organisation is enhancing its digital capability and seeking a Product Owner to help shape and deliver high-value digital services.
This role suits someone who can balance product strategy with hands-on Agile delivery and is confident working with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Role Overview

As Product Owner, you’ll lead one or more Agile Product Teams, manage and prioritise the product backlog, and define a clear vision and roadmap. You’ll translate complex requirements into deliverable user stories, drive continuous improvement using data and feedback, and ensure teams stay aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value
• Define product goals, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
• Liaise between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and iterative deliverables
• Monitor performance and drive ongoing optimisation
• Lead supplier relationships and hold partners to account
• Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Promote best practice across frameworks such as GDAD, ITIL 4, and security-by-design
• Encourage adoption of platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and automation tools

About You

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar digital product role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Lean)
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers across complex projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and enterprise systems
• Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and continuous improvement
• Certifications welcome but not essential
