Key Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and planned maintenance on a range of machinery and equipment
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and implement long-term engineering solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Work collaboratively with production and operations teams
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards and regulations

Skills & Experience Required

• Multi-skilled background with both electrical and mechanical competence
• Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / HNC / equivalent)
• Experience working in manufacturing, production, or similar industrial environments
