Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager
Location: London Or Bristol No preference 2/3 Days per Week Onsite
Role Type: Contract 3+ months initially ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
- A degree level qualification (essential)
- Strong payroll function knowledge
- Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential)
- Over ten years experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects / programmes(desirable)
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
- Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
- Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential)
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)
