Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager

Location: London Or Bristol No preference 2/3 Days per Week Onsite

Role Type: Contract 3+ months initially ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• A degree level qualification (essential)
• Strong payroll function knowledge
• Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential)
• Over ten years experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects / programmes(desirable)
• Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
• Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
• Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
• Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential)
• Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)
• Ability to work independently (essential)Top 3 skills:
