We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to start a full-time role at a busy manufacturing company in Coventry.

This is a hand’s on, production role where you deal with wastage, look at processes, work with data, manage improvement and be the CI person onsite.

It’s a role that the full backing of the senior leadership team meaning you will not face objections when you try and suggest changes.

It’s important to stress this is NOT an entry level role, we really do need someone who has done this role before and have a strong exposure to Kaizen and at least their six-sigma green belt.
