A Day in the Life Expect Variety, Learning, and Real Responsibility
From day one, youll be part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Data Technician Level 3 qualification. Youll be exposed to industry-standard tools like SQL, Power BI, and R (full training provided!), and youll play a key role in how we manage and analyse our business and compliance data.

Your role will include:

• Logging, maintaining, and updating data in our CRM and internal databases
• Learning the ins and outs of data classification and reporting (dont worry, well train you!)
• Supporting the management of digital systems and data processes
• Using Excel and other tools to record and analyse technical data, supporting decision-making
• Assisting with weekly reconciliation and data audits
• Liaising with clients, partners, and labs to resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly
• Helping generate reports, summaries, and audit information for different audiences
• Getting involved in system development projects and process improvements
• Developing your skills in data visualization and reporting
