Full Stack - Ruby on Rails, React

Up to £85k

Fully Remote - must be UK based

A fast-growing sports tech company building high-performance, data-driven products for a rapidly expanding global user base are searching for a Senior Fullstack Engineer.

As part of a cross-functional Product Team , you’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to shape the future of the platform - not just build it. You’ll have a real voice in technical decisions , mentor others , and engage directly with customers to build tools they love.

Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, GraphQL

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and maintain fullstack features using Rails and React Native

Collaborate across teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

Write clear, maintainable code and documentation

Mentor junior engineers

Talk directly to users and stakeholders to understand real-world needs

Continuously improve team practices and product quality

? What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks

Strong experience in React and/or React Native

GraphQL - desirable

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Independent and proactive problem-solver

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, user-focused environment

Passionate about mentoring and knowledge-sharing
