Recruit4staff are representing a leading FMCG business in their search for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in Bellshill

Job Details:

• Pay: £46,000 to £49,000 per annum (DOE)
• Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights 7-7)
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults and testing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment within a cold storage FMCG environment. You will utilise automation skills for fault finding, contact OEMs for technical support, and use maintenance systems to prioritise work and track activities. Your role will focus on minimising downtime, identifying reoccurring issues, and supporting the site’s quality and safety standards.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Experience within the FMCG industry
• Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship
• Must be happy to work in a cold environment

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Automation – CI tools and techniques
• IOSHH/Nebosh
