Your new role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join the consultancy’s experienced team in Lisburn. This is a permanent position offering the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure projects and contribute to the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:

• Producing civil engineering designs from concept through to detailed design.
• Preparing technical specifications and contract documentation.
• Conducting site inspections and surveys.
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff.
• Managing project components and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Attending project and design meetings.
• Developing masterplan and infrastructure layout drawings.
• Driving technical development and innovation within the team.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in infrastructure design (e.g., roads, drainage, utilities).
• Familiarity with NI Water and DFI Roads standards.
• Strong understanding of drainage design and SuDS.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and MicroDrainage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
