Job Description :

• Role : Database Architect
• Rate range: GBP 550-600/day Inside IR35
• Work mode: Hybrid, Office location will be Bishopsgate, London
• Contract duration: 6 months
• Location: London

*There might be a need for a F2F interview in Infosys office, Canary Wharf

• Proven experience in PostgreSQL database administration
• Minimum experience should be 14 years.
• Recommended 5 years of experience of DB2 to Postgres migration and should have successfully done some migrations.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and replication.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based PostgreSQL deployments (AWS).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good to have knowledge of CDC tools like Precisely, zDIH etc.
• Capability to implement CDC in both directions (Postgres ?? DB2 and vice versa).
• Good to have (NOT a must) BluAge certification/knowledge and supported any migration using BluAge Transformation
• Minimum experience:14 years with recommended 5 years of experience of DB2 to Postgres migration
