A leading manufacturing company in Belfast is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their well-established Engineering Department. Youll work alongside a skilled team of engineers and technicians to keep production equipment running smoothly, drive reliability improvements, and support continuous growth within a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance of plant and equipment to ensure optimum performance.
• Ensure equipment operates effectively to meet production and customer requirements.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to plan and execute repairs.
• Manage electrical spares inventory and control replacement part costs.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Hygiene standards.

Essential Criteria:

• Extensive experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Experience in plumbing, gas, air conditioning, and heating systems.
• Strong systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an engineering role within an FMCG environment (Desirable)
