MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Field Service Engineer for our client, who is a leading manufacturer of CNC cutting machines.

You’ll be carrying out installations, service work, troubleshooting, and customer support. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and practical work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Communication: Deliver outstanding service, build strong relationships with customers and the service team
• Service Delivery & Technical Tasks: Plan and execute service, repair, fault-finding, and assist with installations and manufacturing tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completed electrical or mechanical apprenticeship within a service, maintenance, or engineering environment
• Post-apprenticeship experience
• Experience as a field service engineer
• Experience with CNC equipment is a strong advantage

Other Requirements:

• Full, clean driving licence
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism
