I’m looking for an AI Team Lead to spearhead my clients Digital Innovation initiatives. Day to Day

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented AI team, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
• Drive Innovation: Define and execute the AI roadmap, aligned with strategic business goals.
• Deliver Impact: Design and implement AI-driven tools, automation, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Stay Ahead: Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential impact.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.

Experience needed:

• Proven experience in AI/ML strategy and implementation within a commercial setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on expertise with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, R).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Bonus experience:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and innovation management practices
