About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a major migration project, supporting stakeholders as they transition to a new platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of new technology across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions to stakeholders on the new platform.
• Develop training materials, guides, and resources tailored to different user groups.
• Work closely with the migration project team to understand system changes and training needs.
• Provide ongoing support to staff during and after the migration.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve training delivery and materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer within large-scale projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training styles for different audiences.
• Experience supporting system migrations or platform rollouts is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
