Location: Green Hammerton, York

We’re working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer seeking a Maintenance Engineer with either mechanical or electrical bias to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production and packaging equipment, ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently. You’ll quickly respond to breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions to minimise downtime. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement projects, helping to enhance reliability, performance, and productivity across the site.

Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:

• Multi-Skilled- strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Must be happy to work a Double Days shift pattern
• Open to the background- FMCG, Forces, Factory experience etc.
• Must hold a Level 3 in engineering
• Looking for Ambitious Individuals
