The Opportunity:
An exciting role awaits a Hardware Test Engineer skilled in circuit card electronic test. Join a collaborative Test Development team working on innovative projects from design through production and in-service support.

What You Will Do as a Hardware Test Engineer:

• Develop and implement test strategies including automated test systems and design-for-test principles
• Design interchangeable test adaptors encompassing mechanical and electrical elements
• Create automated test sequences aligned to specifications
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies within the team

As a Hardware Test Engineer What Do We Look For:

• Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design
• Experience with technical documentation and engineering drawings (schematics, PCB layouts)
• Expertise in automated test equipment creation
• Familiarity with NI LabVIEW, TestStand, boundary scan, or XJTAG preferred
• Analytical mindset with a passion for quality and six sigma
