About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering accurate and timely engineering packages for machinery projects. Reporting to the Technical Director, youll drive performance, uphold standards, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Oversee design output, drawings, and BOMs for on-time delivery.
• Maintain engineering standards and team training plans.
• Support SolidWorks implementation and design-for-manufacture improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead key improvement projects.

About You

• Degree or HNC/ONC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience in machine design.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, PDM, and ERP systems (IFS or similar).
• OEM or machinery manufacturing experience preferred.
