Reporting Lead - Oracle Fusion (FDI) Specialist
A leading Technology Institute is seeking an experienced and strategic Reporting Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Reporting Suite to join our Technology Department.This high-impact role, reporting to the Head of Application Integration Services, is crucial for reimagining how science and technology translate into end-to-end solutions for humanity’s most challenging problems.
About the Role:You will spearhead the development and enhancement of enterprise-level reporting capabilities, leading the migration and integration of reporting frameworks from various legacy systems into Oracle Fusion. This role demands a commitment to ensuring data accuracy, performance, and business alignment, delivering reliable, insightful, and scalable reporting solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of enterprise-level reporting capabilities within Oracle Fusion.
• Lead the migration and integration of reporting frameworks from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and business alignment of all reporting solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, insightful, and scalable reporting solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Reporting Suite, including Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
• Proven experience in leading reporting framework migration and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, performance optimization, and business alignment in reporting.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
