The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing and improving machinery across the site. You will work as part of a skilled engineering team, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Repairing and servicing site machinery and equipment
• Mechanical Pump/Plastics Experience (ideal, but not essential)
• Ensuring minimal downtime and supporting production output
• Completing maintenance records and following site procedures
• Supporting continuous improvement activities
• Working safely and following all site H&S guidelines

About You

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer with:

• Mechanical & Electrical engineering experience (multi-skilled)
• Background working in a production or manufacturing environment (ideal)
• Experience with pumps beneficial, but not essential
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work a rotating 3-shift pattern

Engineers with long-term mechanical & Electrical maintenance experience will also be considered.
