Top-line responsibilities: You’ll play a key role within the e-commerce and marketing team, helping to drive customer engagement and revenue through email marketing, social media (organic and paid), influencer partnerships, content creation, and analytics. It’s a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who’s both creative and commercially minded.
Day to day:
Deliver weekly email campaigns that engage and convert customers.
Grow and segment the database to improve targeting.
Build automated journeys to nurture and retain customers.
Track, test, and optimise campaign performance.
Plan and create engaging social content across key platforms.
Produce visuals and copy tailored for each channel.
Manage paid campaigns, including budgets, targeting, and reporting.
Analyse results and refine strategy based on insights.
Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand partners.
Create on-brand digital assets using Photoshop or similar tools.
Use GA4 and other tools to measure and report on performance.
Conduct competitor research and share actionable insights.
Support wider marketing campaigns and website content updates.
Contribute ideas to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
Experience criteria:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar marketing or e-commerce role.
Proven experience in email marketing, ideally including automation and CRM.
Confident using Photoshop or similar for digital design.
Strong grasp of social media strategy (organic and paid).
Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 and reporting tools.
Excellent organisation, creativity, and attention to detail.
