Are you a Technical Support Engineer looking to move into Network Support?
My client, a well-established Global IT Managed Service Provider, is offering an exciting opportunity to cross-train into a Network Operations Centre (NOC) role, with exceptional career development opportunities in a rapidly growing organisation.
This is a perfect chance for someone with a strong technical support background who is eager to gain experience in Networking.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor a variety of devices, services, and applications including Servers, Routers, and Switches.
Provide timely response to incidents, outages, and performance issues.
Categorise and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Document all actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Technical Skills Required
Microsoft 365
Microsoft Windows (desktop and server environments)
Understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals
Interest in networking technologies and protocols
