**IT Analyst - SC Clearance, Multi-site, Hardware Repair, ITSM****Up to 140 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)****Multiple locations across UK (5 days per week onsite - travel to multiple sites required)**Contract until 31/03/26
My client is a high profile IT Consultancy who require an SC Cleared IT Analyst / IT Engineer to help with Triage and Hardware Repairs, delivering and collecting devices across multiple sites with a prestigious end client.
There will be roughly 2 weeks over the Christmas period where a break will be expected.
Key Requirements:
Active Security Clearance (SC Cleared)
Valid UK Driving Licence, with ability to travel to multiple sites in the role to deliver / collect devices
Proven experience as an IT Analyst / IT Engineer (or equivalent) in providing Triage and Hardware Repairs
Knowledge of ITSM systems to help with Queue Ticket Management
Ability to provide manual stock checks (asset management) and provide subsequent reports
Manage disposal of appropriate equipment when required
Ability to liaise with vendors relating to parts / returns
Excellent communication skills
Ability to be onsite 5 days per week (across various locations)
