PSA Engineer - Distribution | ADMS, SCADA, OMS | £75-85k (Flexible) | UK-Wide | Hybrid
UK-wide (nearest office, 2 days/week onsite)

You’ll bring:
Hands-on experience with ADMS platforms, including DMS, OMS, SCADA, and DER
Strong technical background in C/C++/C#, Oracle SQL, Linux, and Python
Familiarity with Distribution Power Flow (DPF), Volt Var Control (IVVC), and FLISR/FDIR
Experience with system replication, FAT/SAT testing, and defect analysis
Knowledge of Transmission and Distribution grids, CIM modelling, and remote diagnostics
What you’ll do:
Design, implement, and optimise ADMS solutions to meet operational goals
Lead deployments and upgrades of ADMS systems with minimal disruption
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SCADA, OMS, and DMS applications
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure system performance
Support model migration, CIM transformation, and advanced power systems development
Nice to have:
Exposure to Jasper Reports, Cassandra, Docker, Jenkins
Understanding of NERC CIP standards, TCP/IP protocols, and network troubleshooting
Experience working with Electric Utilities or System Operators
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
