Description
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Front-end Developer to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
Our client is looking for a Front-end Developer who has experience with Angular 14+, JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
Responsibilities
Enhance and optimise performance, ensuring efficient running across devices and platforms
Identify and resolve issues such as usability issues, across various browsers
Collaborate with back-end developers and designers, implementing APIs to ensure smooth user experience
Create clean and reusable code ensuring best practices and standards are met
Keep updated with rising front-end technologies and tools
Requirements
Proven experience as a Front-end Developer
Eligible for Security Clearance
Expertise in Angular 14+, TypeScript, RxJS, JavaScript and AstroUXDS
Skilled in CSS Grid / flexbox, HTML5 / CSS3, Playwright and Cucumber
Experienced in npm / nodeJS with general experience integrating open source npm packages to web-apps
Experience in React, Vue, Svelte is beneficial
