We’re working with a dynamic consultancy that’s reshaping how engineering teams deliver value across industries. They’re on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer who’s not just technically sharp, but also passionate about guiding teams, solving complex problems, and driving innovation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical delivery with team mentorship, helping clients build scalable, cloud-native solutions. You’ll be involved in everything from product roadmapping and architecture to development and deployment-across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading engineering teams through high-impact client projects
Owning technical delivery and ensuring best practices across the software lifecycle
Collaborating with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to shape solutions
Working with modern cloud platforms and agile methodologies
Exploring new tools and approaches, including AI-powered development

Essential Skills:
Proven experience leading software engineering teams
