Take the lead on WordPress projects, bringing both creativity and functionality to life
Turn design concepts into seamless, interactive experiences that delight users
Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to make ideas happen
Take ownership of workstreams, liaise with clients, and contribute to planning
Mentor and support junior developers, sharing your expertise
Write clean, responsive, and accessible code that stands up to real-world use
Integrate APIs and third-party services as required
Suggest improvements to internal processes and contribute to team tools
Stay ahead of frontend trends, frameworks, and best practices
You have 2+ years of WordPress experience
Prior skills working in a digital agency (plus but not a absolute need)
+1 years experience in React
Confident with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress
Comfortable working with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and integrations with third-party services
Knowledgeable about accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimisation
Some experience with backend development, particularly WordPress queries and APIs
Familiar with Git workflows, SQL, and managing multiple branches
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects
Skilled with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
An excellent communicator who is proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
Curious about new tech, enjoys problem-solving, and brings positive energy to the team
