Remote Working Business Analyst / Business Requirements Manager (Pensions Sector) Required
Our client seeks a qualified Business Analyst who has experience working within the Pensions sector.
Min of 5 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Role Requirements:
Significant proven experience in business analysis to drive systems development
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the pensions industry preferably within a product team, or in a regulated environment
Strong understanding of pension products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrable experience in data analysis, data migration, and defining data extract requirements.
Hands-on experience with transformation and onboarding of third-party systems.
Solid understanding of system integration principles and data quality assurance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business and technical teams.
Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate business requirements to effective technical delivery and vice versa
Ability to ‘push back’ and challenge the demands of the business
Ability to work effectively for the business and IT to propose solutions
Project management experience and ability to carry out a project from proposal to implementation
Good knowledge of Agile and hybrid project environments and ability to write user stories
Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities preferred
Experience with CRM implementation is preferable
Desirable Skills
Experience with pension administration platforms and data models.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
Knowledge of data transformation tools or ETL processes.
Proficiency in using tools such as SQL, Excel, Visio, or data modelling software.
Relevant certifications (e.g., BCS Business Analysis, Agile BA, or similar).
