A leading provider of supported housing for vulnerable and disabled people in the UK are seeking a Senior Officer to oversee database performance and regulatory reporting, ensuring data integrity and supporting their mission to deliver high-quality homes and support.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
Data Management & Systems:
Collaborate with IT and operational teams to maintain and improve data across various systems.
Ensure high levels of data integrity and quality, promoting best practices in data usage.
Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of performance data, training staff on data entry and performance monitoring.
Data Performance & Reporting:
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives.
Produce regular performance reports and dashboards, presenting data to internal and external stakeholders.
Benchmarking & Service Improvement:
Benchmark service performance against sector standards and implement improvements based on insights.
Work closely with various teams to align data requests and coordinate responses.
Compliance & Regulation:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits.
Assist in regulatory activities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present performance findings to stakeholders, including residents and regulators.
Contribute to resident engagement initiatives and represent the organisation in sector groups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in performance management within supported housing or social care.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of housing management systems and regulatory frameworks.
Ideally experience using PYRAMID or similar.
Level 4 or 5 Certificate/Diploma in Housing Management or a related qualification.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
