Operations Strategy Analyst
Are you passionate about data analytics and eager to kickstart your career in financial services? We’re looking for a motivated Operations Strategy Analyst to join our growing Operations Analytics team
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, working closely with managers and stakeholders to improve customer journeys and optimise operational efficiency.
What you’ll be doing
As part of a small but impactful team, you’ll:
Collect, clean and analyse operational data from across the business.
Build dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
Spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve processes.
Work with Operations managers to deliver data-backed recommendations.
Support automation and efficiency initiatives throughout the loan lifecycle.
Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Help develop tools using SQL, Python, and BI platforms (e.g. Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau).
What we’re looking for
Essential:
A degree in (Maths, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
Desirable:
Experience with Python, R, or data visualisation tools.
Internship or project experience in data analytics or financial services.
Understanding of personal loan products and customer journeys.
