Description
Mobile Electrician / Electrical Engineer & Fires Systems Engineer who has excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to carry out maintenance, repairs and upgrades on a wide range of electrical, lighting, fire and AOV systems is required to join our team at Triangle.

IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Company Car Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Visiting various sites across Greater London (Hospitals, Schools and Public Sector Sites)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent PAYE - We will also consider Sole Traders / Self-Employed Electrical Contractors
PLEASE NOTE: You will need a Full UK Driving Licence (company vehicle will be provided)
JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Mobile Electrician / Electrical Engineer & Fires Systems Engineer who doesn’t just identify problems, they find solutions.
With over 50 years of proven experience, Triangle Electrical Services is firmly committed to delivering maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across electrical, lighting, fire detection, and AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) systems. Operating in sensitive and demanding environments, such as hospitals, schools, and other critical infrastructure.
Working as a Mobile Electrician / Electrical & Fire Systems Engineer you will join our team of Engineers who pride themselves on the precision, reliability, and compliance demanded by such settings. Every task, whether routine inspection or full-scale upgrade, is executed with stringent attention to safety regulations and minimal disruption to daily operations.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Mobile Electrician / Electrical & Fire Systems Engineer include:
Maintenance & Repairs: Service, maintain, and repair electrical, lighting, fire detection, and AOV systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
Fault Diagnosis & Resolution: Identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions in line with safety standards and best practice
Upgrades & Improvements: Deliver remedial electrical works and lighting upgrades, including advanced systems such as intelligent DALI controls
Testing & Commissioning: Carry out full commissioning, testing, and client handovers, providing accurate documentation and certification
Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure projects are completed correctly, efficiently, and to a high standard
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Electrical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, 18th Edition, etc.)
Understanding of BS7671, BS5839, and compliance standards
Full UK driving licence
Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to doing a good job
