THE OPPORTUNITY

We are supporting a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Essex who are seeking a Windows 11 Rollout Engineer to join them on an ad-hoc contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Engineer to support a large-scale OS migration project.

THE ROLE

• Support the rollout of Windows 11 upgrades across client environments
• Migrate devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11 efficiently and securely
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the rollout
• Work onsite with client teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Provide user support and guidance throughout the migration process

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Previous experience in rollout/migration/desktop refresh projects
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software deployment
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with end users
• Ideally worked in an MSP environment
• Must be based in Essex or surrounding areas and available to work onsite ad-hoc
