Are you a seasoned Epicor expert with a passion for leading teams and delivering high-impact ERP solutions? Chapman Tate Associates are seeking a Team Leader where your technical skills and leadership will shape the future of our Epicor implementations.
What You’ll Do
Lead a talented team of Epicor consultants and developers.
Architect scalable ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
Design and optimize BAQs, BPMs, and system architecture.
Collaborate across departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Drive innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, especially BAQs & BPMs.
Proven track record in technical architecture design.
Experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points For
Epicor certifications
Integration experience (REST, SOAP, EDI)
SQL Server, SSRS, or C# knowledge
