We’re working with a Government client that’s launching a brand-new ServiceNow practice-and they need a Lead ServiceNow Engineer to take charge. This is a strategic leadership position where you’ll help define the vision, shape delivery standards, and build out a high-performing team

Lead ServiceNow Engineer

Hybrid (UK-based) Up to £90,000 + 5% Bonus + Benefits Must be SC Clearablable (At least 5 Years UK Residency)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the buildout of a new ServiceNow capability within a growing consultancy
• Set up delivery frameworks, technical standards, and best practices
• Work closely with stakeholders to define solutions and ensure scalable delivery
• Help recruit, grow, and mentor a new ServiceNow team
• Apply a consultancy mindset to client needs - even without hands-on development

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in ServiceNow environments (technical or strategic)

• Strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities and implementation lifecycle

• Experience in consultancy or client-facing delivery preferred

• Comfortable building a team and practice from scratch

• Must be SC Clearable:

  • British Citizen
  • 5+ years UK residency
  • Valid British Passport
