Are you a data storyteller who thrives on turning numbers into actionable insight? Do you want to work in a role where your ideas directly shape client outcomes and future growth?
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI to join a collaborative and forward-thinking data team. You’ll design and deliver impactful BI solutions for a diverse client base, translating business challenges into clear insights and driving smarter decision-making.
What you’ll be doing
Building and optimising BI solutions using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX
Developing data models and interactive dashboards that deliver real business impact
Collaborating with clients to understand needs and design tailored solutions
Using SQL (and ideally Python/R) to extract, transform and analyse data
Translating analytical outputs into actionable recommendations
Contributing ideas for new approaches, tools, and methodologies to improve client outcomes
Mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth
What we’re looking for
Proven experience with Power BI - including data modelling, DAX and visualisation
Strong SQL skills; VBA/Python/R experience a bonus
Commercial understanding of marketing, CRM or digital environments (charity sector knowledge a plus, not essential)
Ability to think strategically and communicate insights with impact
A background in a numerical or analytical discipline (degree or equivalent)
Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
