Our client is seeking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join their precision manufacturing company, based in Willenhall. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent pay, overtime, and generous holiday entitlement. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating a range of CNC machinery to deliver high-quality components to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines (primarily 5-axis) using Hypermill (preferred) or Powermill CAM software.

• Work across a variety of CNC machinery, including:

• • 3 x 5-axis Matsuura machines (Fanum controllers).
  • 3 x Mazak machines (Mazatrol controllers).
  • 4 x Bridgeport machines (Heidednhain controllers).
  • 1 x CMS machine (proprietary controller).

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate, high-quality components.

• Ensure efficient machining processes, maintaining tight tolerances and surface finishes.

• Carry out machine maintenance, tool setting, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and adhere to health and safety policies at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven CNC programming and operating experience (5-axis preferred).
• Hypermill CAM experience highly desirable, although Powermill will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Fanum, Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or equivalent controllers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.

Additional Information:

• 37 hours per week:

• • Monday Thursday, 07 30.
  • Friday, 07 30.

• Pay: Subject to experience of candidate.

• Overtime available at time and one-third rate.

• Holidays: 37 days including Bank Holidays.
