Role Overview
We are looking for a Backup Engineer with deep expertise in backup technologies and integration. This role requires a professional who can look under the HOOD of backup tools, integrate third-party backup solutions, and ensure seamless operation across network, storage, and infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate and configure third-party backup products into existing environments.
Provide expert support for NetBackup, ensuring stability and performance.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize backup processes across networks, storage, and systems.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve resilience and reliability of backup services.
Document backup configurations and integrations for future reference.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience working with NetBackup (essential).
Strong background in backup integration with third-party tools.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues within backup software.
Solid understanding of backup across networks, storage, and systems.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
