Business Development Director The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Director (or Sales Director) to lead growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships within the luxury sector. This individual will be instrumental in expanding the business by engaging with ultra-high-net-worth clients, creating bespoke sales strategies, and identifying new opportunities. A passion for Motorsport is essential, as this aligns closely with the brand s heritage and target audience.

Business Development Director You:

• Proven track record of success in business development or sales

• Experience selling luxury brands or services to high-net-worth individuals

• Excellent relationship building skills and a trusted network within the luxury market

• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• A genuine interest in Motorsport and an understanding of its culture and clientele

• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a competitive environment
