We’re looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team near Northampton, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-performance, mission-critical RF systems.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position with opportunities to influence the full product lifecycle from defining system requirements and architecture to performance analysis, integration, and verification.

You ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, bringing a systems-thinking mindset and technical leadership to complex engineering challenges.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (7+ years preferred)
• Proven expertise in systems engineering across the full development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in system architecture, requirements capture, and verification
• Ability to lead and contribute to technical delivery and produce high-quality documentation
• Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Must be a British citizen and/or eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
